That means we take the time during the sales consultation to really understand your needs, wishes and aspirations, and we hope to closely match them to one of our luxurious spas. Whatever you have been told, no one hot tub can be the best choice for everybody, as we all have different wants, needs and desires. Be assured: we will work hard to help you select the one which matches your lifestyle, not the one we want to sell!
Our support for our owners is provided by a team of manufacturer trained installers and technicians. Our parts are all genuine manufacturer parts. And our international warranty is backed by a fund managed by the State of California, where our spas & hot tubs are created. So in any and all eventualities, the money is always available to support the warranty, giving you complete peace of mind.
Talking about warranties, our 'plain english' warranty is available for you to examine before you buy, so you know exactly what support you can expect before making any commitment. We believe that is the way it should always be.
We will deal with our customers and potential customers in an open and transparent way, and to explain the benefits of hot tub and spa ownership without too much use of jargon! In choosing to select Caldera Spas as our brand, we examined over 10 other brands in detail. which means that we can explain the differences between most of the major brands. We believe that most people can make an informed decision once they have the facts, so we will not deal in false claims of "we are the biggest / best / most !"
