Our support for our owners is provided by a team of manufacturer trained installers and technicians. Our parts are all genuine manufacturer parts. And our international warranty is backed by a fund managed by the State of California, where our spas & hot tubs are created. So in any and all eventualities, the money is always available to support the warranty, giving you complete peace of mind.
Talking about warranties, our 'plain english' warranty is available for you to examine before you buy, so you know exactly what support you can expect before making any commitment. We believe that is the way it should always be.
